Every event is different and each one has its own purpose and lifecycle. Depending on the event, we approach it in a similar way as we approach every shoot, with some tweaking and specific timelines depending on the client’s needs during the event.
When you contact us about your event, we like to schedule a little time aside to discuss the event in more detail. This gives us a chance to see if you have specific traditional ceremonial items, tasks and activities that we will need to be more aware of, and to propose a variety of recommendations on how we will set up, lighting and cover the details to make sure that there are fewer surprises and more predetermined set up during the event.
